  1. Wiener, Alfred (1885-1964) 
  2.  Vice-president of the Central Association (CV) and the Editor of the C.V Zeitung 1923-1933 
  3.  He also belonged to the Union of Jewish Front Veterans (RJF). In late 1933 he emigrated to the Netherlands, where he established the Jewish Central Information Office, which monitored events in Nazi Germany and the situation of the Jews there. In 1939, he and the Centre moved to London, where in 1940, the centre became the Wiener Library.
